Our club addresses the fact that the University of Ontario Institute of Technology is increasing to be a diverse community. It is essential to be knowledgeable about the people around us and their culture. Our solution is to create the Caribbean Student Association to bring together not only the people of the islands, but also any student from both schools interested in learning about Caribbean culture. This will be achieved through cultural events and activities to bring students together as one growing community. We recognize that the average student has a busy schedule, but we encourage consistent attendance of meetings and club events. We are always open to new members and offer everyone an equal opportunity to apply for the Executive team.
